Marvel's The Punisher, known simply as The Punisher, is an American television series developed by Steve Lightfoot and based on the Marvel Comics comic book character of the same name. The series is a spin-off of Marvel's Daredevil and is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios, with Lightfoot in the role of showrunner.

Jon Bernthal plays the lead character Frank Castle / The Punisher, reprising the role from the second season of Daredevil. Also in the main cast are Ben Barnes, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Amber Rose Revah. Development of the series began in January 2016. In April 2016, Marvel and Netflix officially announced the series, also confirming the return of Bernthal in the role and Lightfoot as showrunner and executive producer. Filming began in New York in October 2016. All episodes of the first season were released on November 17, 2017 on Netflix in all territories where the service is available, including in 4K resolution.
