Accepted payment methods are Paypal, Klarma, Credit Cards, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Satispay, PostePay top-up, Bank Transfer (Bank Deposit)

PAYPAL: Secure transaction; 128-bit SSL3 data encryption. You can pay even if you don't have a PayPal account; payment is instant and there are no fees.

With Paypal you will also have the possibility of paying in 3 installments without commissions and interest

How does "Pay in 3" work? It's simple: choose PayPal as your payment method when you shop online. Log in to your PayPal account and you'll see the "Pay in 3" option available if you and your purchase are both eligible.

KLARNA: How does "Pay in 3" work? It's simple: choose Klarna as your payment method when you shop online, choose your payment option, and you can pay now, in 3 interest-free installments, or pay after 30 days.

GOOGLE PAY: If you have a Google Pay account, you can start using the app right away. Simply use the button at checkout and you can pay with your debit or credit card using the information already saved in your Google Pay account. There's no need to create a new account or remember old passwords. This way, you'll enjoy a fast payment process, with the security and reliability of Google.

APPLE PAY: Apple Pay is easy to set up. Just add your credit, debit, or prepaid card to the Wallet app on your iPhone and you'll still enjoy all the benefits it's always offered, without losing your points or miles.

SHOP PAY: Shopify Payments is a fast checkout method that allows customers to save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This saves customers time at checkout, especially if they've already activated Shop Pay on any Shopify store . There's also the option to choose payment in installments.

SATISPAY: Satispay is the app for fast, simple, and secure payments in physical and online stores . This allows customers to save time at checkout by paying with a simple tap on their smartphone.

POSTEPAY TOP-UP: Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered. Click "View your order" to access the information needed to top up your Postepay card. You can top up online at www.postepay.poste.it (if you're registered) or at tobacconists, authorized Sisal retailers, and post offices.

To speed up the processing time, please let me know by email that your top-up has been completed.

BANK TRANSFER: Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Click "View your order" to find the IBAN for payment via bank transfer. (The goods will be shipped only upon receipt of payment.)

CASH ON DELIVERY: Unfortunately, due to many "customers" who purchased cash on delivery and then refused the goods from the courier, I have decided to eliminate this payment on delivery method.

SHIPPING TO ITALY

MAIL 1: For patches, pins, and small items, shipping costs are €3.50 for up to three items; for items four and above, shipping will be calculated using the Express Courier rate. MAIL 1 has a code to verify delivery, which usually occurs within 2-3 business days of shipment.

EXPRESS COURIER: Express courier shipping costs €8; delivery will take place within 24/48 hours of shipment.

For orders of €150 or more, shipping to Italy is free!

All purchased goods will be shipped on the first working day after receipt of payment.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

POSTAPRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: for patches, pins, small objects, shipping costs are €6 for up to 3 items; from the fourth article onwards the shipment will be calculated with the Express Courier rate; POSTAPRIORITY INTERNATIONAL has a tracking code, delivery usually takes place within 4-5 working days from the time of shipment.

EXPRESS COURIER: shipping by Express Courier costs €14.90; delivery will take place within 3-4 working days from the time of shipment.
