Terms and Conditions of the Service

To purchase from Bottega del Dido you don't need to register, just add the items to your cart and complete your order.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with a summary of the items purchased and the total amount paid.

With a minimum spend of €30 (excluding shipping costs) you will receive a nice gift.

All goods are checked before being shipped to assess whether there are any damages or defects in the item you purchased.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 15 working days of receiving the product, provided that the product is intact and has not been used.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, no later than 15 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice.

The refund of the amount paid and corresponding to the entire order (including shipping costs) or to that part of the products for which the withdrawal was made (in this case excluding shipping costs) will be made by the company La Bottega del Dido using the methods chosen by the Customer, within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

In any case, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individual customers who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.

Therefore, customers who purchase with a VAT number or in any case in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

If the Customer, having received the expertly crafted products, wishes to replace them for reasons not attributable to the Company, he or she may request a replacement from the Company no later than 10 days after receipt. The Company will then have the right to accept or reject the request to replace the products with other, different products specified by the Customer (subject to any applicable adjustment to the purchase price). Shipping costs for returning the replaced products will be borne by the Customer.

All prices include VAT. As an online seller, our sales system does not require the issuance of an invoice (unless requested immediately after purchase) or a receipt.

The personal data collected on this site will be used by the company that owns this website exclusively for internal processing and for sending and disseminating informational materials.

Once you have completed the purchase process, you accept the prices and shipping costs on this site. Only purchase if you are sure of what you want to buy.

If you choose registered mail or courier shipping, you will receive tracking numbers via email. Always remember to enter a valid address where someone is present at all times to prevent the package from being held or returned to sender.
