Application
- The patch can be sewn (recommended) or heat-applied with a hot iron following these directions:
- heat the part where to apply the patch
- place the patch and cover it with a damp cloth
- bring the iron to a high temperature
- iron by applying pressure for about 15-20 seconds with the iron
M GmbH, also known as BMW M or BMW Motorsport, is an automobile company founded in 1972, the sports division of the German car manufacturer BMW. The Motorsport logo is a silver "M" combined with the colors: blue, purple and red. This livery was created to combine the official BMW blue and red (at the time of Texaco, the BMW sponsor who acquired the rights) by inserting purple between them to improve the color combination. The optical effect, especially given the small size of the logos and badges, and the presence of blue make it look different since the combination used is a purple tending to dark blue (BMW paint code GLASGRUIT 4004, which in fact is identified with "violett blue").
