This Black Series collectible figure is detailed to look like Darth Malgus from the Star Wars: The Old Republic video game, with premium detail and multiple points of articulation.

Darth Malgus was a Sith Lord at the time of the Great Galactic War.

Before becoming a Sith Lord, he was an apprentice to another Sith Lord, the Sith Vindican, who was defeated by Kao Cen Darach (though he survived, but was killed by Malgus); since his master was killed (or almost killed), Malgus became enraged, and unleashed such brutality that he also knocked out the Jedi Master in no time. Shortly after becoming a Sith Lord (i.e., being proclaimed "Darth"), he participated in the Battle of Alderaan, where he and his entourage were ambushed by the Republic's Havoc Squad, a top-tier Special Forces team under the command of Jace Malcom.

Here he was gravely wounded by Satele Shan, a Jedi commander on the team, and was forced to wear a mask. He then led the Sith army against the Jedi Temple in the Sacking of Coruscant. Afterwards, he decided to explore the Unknown Regions, rather than seek a seat on the Dark Council (the counterpart to the Jedi High Council), as there were disputes, not only over that, but also over the succession to power in the Empire.
