The Italian Air Force Logistics Command, acronym COMLOG, is the highest command of the armed forces headed by an air force general who reports directly to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and is headquartered in Rome. It provides the technical and logistical support necessary to achieve maximum operational capability of the Air Force.

The task of the Logistics Command is to ensure the efficiency and technical and logistical support of the weapons systems, apparatus, equipment, vehicles, infrastructure, materials, goods and services provided, as well as healthcare assistance for personnel, through the work of the dependent departments/entities and in synergy with the other high commands.

He is responsible for the procurement, conservation and distribution of the means and materials necessary for the life of the Departments.
