The National Aerobatic Team (PAN), officially named the 313th Acrobatic Training Group, but commonly known as the Frecce Tricolori, is the aerobatic team of the Italian Air Force, founded in 1961 following the Air Force's decision to create a permanent group for collective aerial acrobatics training for its pilots; it is based at Rivolto airport (UD).

The National Aerobatic Team (PAN), officially named the 313th Acrobatic Training Group, but commonly known as the Frecce Tricolori, is the aerobatic team of the Italian Air Force, founded in 1961 following the Air Force's decision to create a permanent group for collective aerial acrobatics training for its pilots; it is based at Rivolto airport (UD).
With ten aircraft (since 1982 they have been using Aermacchi MB.339 A/PAN MLU aircraft), nine in formation and one solo, they are the largest aerobatic team in the world, and their flight program, comprising about twenty aerobatics lasting approximately half an hour, has made them famous and recognized as one of the best international aerobatic teams, performing aerobatics all year round.
