The pin is made of enamelled metal and measures 7 x 3 cm
The Navy SEALs are the special forces of the United States Navy. They are primarily employed in unconventional conflicts and warfare, internal defense, direct action and counterterrorism operations, as well as special reconnaissance missions in primarily maritime and coastal environments.
The name of this corps is an acronym that encompasses the environments in which the members have been trained to operate (SEa, sea - Air, air - Land, land. SEAL in English means seal) and they depend on the United States Naval Special Warfare Command.
Within the SEALs is a specialized counterterrorism component, commonly known as SEAL Team 6 but officially called the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU).
