The Italian Air Force Logistics Command, acronym AEROLOG, is the highest command of the armed forces headed by an air force general who reports directly to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and is headquartered in Rome. It provides the technical and logistical support necessary to achieve maximum operational capability of the Air Force.

The Logistics Command's task is to ensure the efficiency and technical and logistical support of the weapons systems, apparatus, equipment, vehicles, infrastructure, materials, goods, and services provided, as well as healthcare for personnel, through the work of the subordinate departments/institutions and in synergy with the other high commands. It is responsible for the procurement, conservation, and distribution of the vehicles and materials necessary for the life of the Departments.
