Official patch of the second edition of the Italian Air Force Balloon Cup

The patch measures approximately 9cm in diameter and has a male/female velcro backing.

Second edition of the Aeronautica Militare Balloon Cup, a unique hot air balloon event and competition in Europe.

The event was held from September 26 to 28, 2025, at the San Damiano military airport in Piacenza.

The event was created to celebrate the values ​​and history of the Italian Air Force, considering the hot air balloon as the ancestor of modern flying machines.

The competition saw 15 gas balloons and 15 hot air balloons compete, with internationally renowned pilots.

The event, open to the public, also included spectacular displays by the Frecce Tricolori and activities for children.
