Application
- The patch can be sewn (recommended) or heat-applied with a hot iron following these directions:
- heat the part where to apply the patch
- place the patch and cover it with a damp cloth
- bring the iron to a high temperature
- iron by applying pressure for about 15-20 seconds with the iron
Fighter Squadron 114 (VF-114) was a United States Navy squadron, it was active from 1945 to 1993. Nicknamed the "Aardvarks", it was based at Naval Air Station Miramar, California. The squadron did combat missions during the Korean War and Vietnam War. The squadron was decommissioned after the Cold War on April 30, 1993.
