The patch has a male/female velcro back and measures 7 x 9 cm.

COMAER provides technical, logistical, and administrative support to the Armed Forces and joint forces located within the Palazzo Aeronautica complex, the Centocelle Airport complex, including, recently, the General Secretariat of Defense/National Armaments Directorate, and the Vigna di Valle Airport Command–AM Historical and Sports Center. It ensures territorial and liaison functions with the agencies and administrations present in the capital area and performs the Aeronautical Garrison functions required by sector regulations.
