The pin is made of enamelled metal and measures 3 x 3 cm

The "Garibaldi" Bersaglieri Brigade is one of the large units that the Armed Forces includes among the "Projection Forces"

Established in 1975 in Pordenone on the basis of the 8th Bersaglieri Regiment, it was assigned to the "Ariete" Armored Division. After the Division's dissolution in 1991, it moved to Campania and became the first unit composed of volunteer personnel.

Made up of regiments with fixed-term, short-term and permanent service personnel, it is equipped and organised to be easily redeployed abroad.

Located in Campania and Calabria, it is composed of a command unit, two Bersaglieri regiments, a tank regiment, a cavalry regiment, an artillery regiment, an engineer regiment and a logistics regiment.
