60th Wing of the Italian Air Force Enamelled Metal Pin

These items are produced according to very specific production standards dictated by the Ministry of Defense.

The pin is made of enamelled metal and measures 2.5 x 3 cm

The 60th Wing is a department of the Italian Air Force. It depends on the Schools Command/3rd Air Region of Bari and is based at Guidonia Airport.


The department was created for training and orientation flight activities at Guidonia airport.

Grob Twin Astir G-103 glider (two-seater training glider)

Nimbus G-4D and G-4DM gliders (two-seater gliders for free class soaring competitions, including the motorized M version)

UG-17A glider (single-seater gliders for soaring competitions, "15/18 meters" class)
