Directly from the famous Gundam Build series, the Build Booster and the Build Booster Mk-II finally arrive in a single, unmissable expansion set! This HG accessory kit is designed for all modelers who want to take Customizing to the next level, combining the two boosters to create endless attack configurations.

Thanks to the extreme versatility of Bandai components, you can transform the modules and adapt them perfectly to your model collection.

Why choose the Option Parts Set 18:

Double Transformation: Both the Build Booster and the Build Booster Mk-II can easily transform from Fighter mode to Backpack configuration.

Maximum Compatibility: Use the joints and connectors included in the package to attach the backpack to a wide range of High Grade Gunpla.

Weapons and Customization: Every single part can be removed and wielded by your mechs as a standalone weapon. Even structural components can be used as additional armor details.

Note: The set includes only the expansion parts and boosters. The Gundam (Robot) models shown in the promotional images are sold separately.

The pieces are all colored and ready to assemble, in various steps, thanks to simple and effective interlocking joints, you will get a real articulated action figure with pivot joints for ready poseability with weapons.

Gunpla are scale models of vehicles from the Gundam series produced by Bandai. The term is a portmanteau born from the contraction of "Gundam plastic model," as plastic is the most common material in which the models are made.

Gunpla rapidly gained success in Japan and worldwide starting from the 1980s, to the point of generating a large community of enthusiasts and becoming the dominant product in the collectible model market.

Examples of the most well-known terms indicating the level of assembly difficulty:

ADVANCED GRADE (AG): 1/144 scale models, extremely simple to assemble, pre-colored parts with simple joints limited to the head and shoulders. The models are based on the robots from the "Mobile Suit Gundam AGE" series. If you are looking for the same robot models, but in a more elaborate version in terms of assembly and poseability, you should look among the "High Grade Gundam Age".

FIRST GRADE (FG): 1/144 scale models, extremely simple to assemble. They lack "polycaps" joints, but arms and legs have some pivot points. Some models (those from series following the classic "Universal Century" continuity) are monochromatic; others (those from series following the "Anno Domini" continuity, such as "Mobile Suit Gundam 00") feature parts of different colors. First Grade models have the same design as the more elaborate "Perfect Grade" models.

ENTRY GRADE (EG): Economical 1/144 scale models, equipped with some articulations and including both very simple to build Gundam, and (in the case of more recent EGs) Gundam with advanced articulations and proportions comparable to most HG models. The parts to assemble them come in 3-5 colors.

HIGH GRADE (HG): These are also 1/144 scale models. Unlike "AG" or "FG" models, these are highly articulated and detailed, designed for an adult audience. The models are highly poseable (with "polycaps" joints) and rich in accessories that can be assembled in various combinations. They may come with a display base to hold them suspended in various poses. In "HG" packages and Gunpla of a higher level than HG, there are generally also a large number of small stickers that can be used to embellish one's Mobile Suit.

MASTER GRADE (MG): The best 1/100 scale Gunpla. They are generally between 18 and 23 cm tall and are second only to Perfect Grade in terms of detail and technology. Many accessories to customize your Mobile Suit. Often, a display base with support and a 1/100 scale pilot miniature may be included in the package.

PERFECT GRADE (PG): They represent the excellence of Gunpla. They are the most expensive and elaborate models. They are 1/60 scale, have a very high level of detail, and may feature accessories equipped with LED lights. For true Gundam connoisseurs and true modeling experts!

REAL GRADE (RG): These models (with a particularly modern design) take the best from the other three main Gunpla lines:

- small size (1/144 scale) and consequently affordable prices like "High Grade";

- the sophisticated technology of "Master Grade";

- a very high number of components like in "Perfect Grade".

MEGA SIZE MODEL (MSM): 1:48 scale models introduced to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the Gundam franchise. Once assembled, these models are a whopping 37.5 cm tall and are designed to be easily built without tools, as the individual pieces are attached to the runner by a very thin piece of plastic so that they can be detached by hand.

SuperDeformed Gundam BB Senshi (SD): "Super-deformed" Gundam model line. The line, born in '86, is the longest-running Gunpla line ever, and the models are inspired by various Gundam anime meta-series. Similar to High Grades, they can include various accessories and stickers. However, compared to HGs, they generally have fewer parts.

Within the same "difficulty level", there can be more or less expensive and more or less elaborate Mobile Suits. Good indicators can be both the price of the model and fan reviews that you can find on various internet portals.
