  • The patch can be sewn (recommended) or heat-applied with a hot iron following these directions:
  • heat the part where to apply the patch
  • place the patch and cover it with a damp cloth
  • bring the iron to a high temperature
  • iron by applying pressure for about 15-20 seconds with the iron

        The term ranger has been in unofficial use in a military context since the early 17th century. The first military company officially commissioned as rangers were English soldiers fighting in King Philip's War (1676) and hence the term came into common official use in the French and Indian Wars. After the American Revolution they joined the US military The 75th Ranger Regiment is a light infantry unit, an elite combat formation within the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The six battalions of modern Rangers have been deployed in the wars in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq and have seen action in many conflicts, such as those in Panama and Grenada. The Ranger Regiment traces its origins to World War II. To become a Rangers you must pass the Ranger Training Brigade (RTB), a training and doctrine school of the United States Army
